What do I do if my cars haven’t arrived yet? Last Updated 7/13/2007 Cars are sometimes shipped in individual boxes.  Therefore, all boxes from the same order may not arrive on the same day due to separation in the mail system.  Remaining boxes normally arrive within a few days of the initial delivery.  If you live in the USA and your cars have not arrived within a week from the quoted ship date, please contact us for assistance.
