Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must submit a decoration design concept for a VW drag bus body to Liberty Promotions, Inc. to be eligible. The contest is ongoing so there is no deadline for submissions at this time.

Exceptions: No past or current employee or their family members are eligible to win this contest.

Important Dates: For purposes of this contest all times refer to Central time. The Customer Concept Contest will continue with winners be chosen at random times until otherwise stated by Liberty Promotions Inc.

Entry: To enter you must submit a written or drawn design concept to Liberty Promotions via e-mail or postal mail to the addresses listed on the previous page. All concepts will be given equal consideration, regardless of whether a drawing is included. Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name and hometown for editorial and promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law.

Helpful Hints: Many times the same concept is submitted by more than one person. Shoot for something that is unlikely to have already been submitted too much. Avoid copyrighted material. Examples of commonly submitted concepts are: Holidays, 9/11 Commemorative, Support Our Troops, Police/Fire, Movies, Comic Book Characters. Your concept should also have fairly broad appeal. Not everyone likes your favorite football team, your favorite movie/comic character, or The Simpsons. It may be true that not everyone likes Halloween, Surfin', or Pirate stuff, but most of us do. We will not be able to consider your concept if it is too political or religious in nature. There are lots of good causes, and we do contribute annually to several of them, but that doesn't mean that people would want a "Cancer Bus". Sorry that we can't do a tribute bus for the victims of the disease or disaster that took your loved one. Take a look at the previous winners' concepts. They are usually clever and universally appealing at the same time. It's not necessary to submit a drawing. Three out four of the customer concepts used so far were only submitted in writing (no drawing). Have fun and let your imagination go wild!

Winner Selection: Prize winners will be selected at random times by Liberty Promotions stafff.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If the winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified. Return of prize or winner notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification.

Prize: Prize winners will receive one (1) set of pre-production samples of their winning design.   In addition, the winner will receive one (1) set of production pieces of their winning design. No substitutions are allowed, however Liberty Promotions may at its sole and absolute discretion substitute a prize of equal value due to prize unavailability for any reason. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. All applicable federal and state laws and regulations are applicable.

General Conditions: By entering this Contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules, and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Liberty Promotions Inc., whose decisions are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Winners grant to Liberty Promotions Inc. the right to use worldwide and in perpetuity without notice or compensation for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without limitation, winner's proper name, photograph, likeness, city and state, unless prohibited by law.

Conduct: Liberty Promotions Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Limitations of Liability: Entrants agree to release Liberty Promotions Inc. its directors, officers, employees, and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won and further agree that Liberty Promotions and the related parties shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession or use/misuse of prizes, or participation in the Contest. Liberty Promotions is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest.
